Description

Click on photos to enlarge and zoom in. Rebuilt 1964 Craftsman "100" 10 inch table saw model 113.29992. The Craftsman "100" model, made in the USA from 1957 to 1964, is probably the best saw Craftsman ever produced. Unlike modern big box store table saws, there are no plastic parts. These are very strong and solid saws as evidenced by their longevity. The table top is secured to the case by 4 mounting bolts (all subsequent models have only 3). The case is much stronger than all subsequent models that used a much weaker rectangular stamped metal case. Cast iron table and extension wings; heavy duty stand with retractable casters; completely disassembled, cleaned, stripped, painted, and reassembled with new high quality Japanese arbor bearings; Rebuilt motor with new Japanese bearings. The motor is not original to this saw. The motor is a General Electric 1 hp, 115/230 V, 12/6 A, 3450 rpm. Transporting the saw will require a small SUV, truck, or trailer. To transport this saw I would recommend partially disassembling even if using a truck. A table saw of any brand should not be lifted by the wings or the fence rails. The fence rails, motor, wings, and case to stand (4 bolts) are easily removed. I've restored dozens of table saws, jointers, drill presses, and band saws and every one of them has been transported in the back of a Subaru Outback. Yes you will need to realign the wings and the fence rails but you definitely need to learn to do this anyways if you want to operate your saw safely. Due to extensive phishing I only meet first in the Dennys Restaurant parking lot in Fallbrook. Then follow me 2 minutes home to test the machine. I do not share my phone or email address until after we meet.
