List vehicle prices well below MSRP but can't actually sell vehicle for that price. Only do it to get people down to the lot. Once you are there they will tell you it's for incentives you don't qualify for and most people don't. Probably because they don't exist and it's not even possible with every incentive to get vehicle price that low. There are plenty of better places to get work done or buy a car these people are SHADY! TRUST ME!

We were able to secure a deal for a used 2016 Toyota Corolla.  The experience with seamless and we were very happy with the final price.  Our attendee was very cordial and did not pressure us to move forward.  No surprises with hidden fees and all straight forward.  The cashier was extremely nice and efficient.  It’s evident that the culture of the team is focused on a good experience for the customer.

I couldn’t figure out the issue with my car for months. Went to a KIA dealership in Palatine and they refused to help me even though I bought the car from them and charged me. Came here and spoke to Jonathan Farias and he was the only one who actually found what the issue was and FIXED IT!! He was so helpful and took care of everything.
