Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Heart Padlock Charm — Retired early 2000s This heart lock charm came from my mom’s original Tiffany charm bracelet. It is an authentic vintage Tiffany & Co. piece in solid sterling silver (.925), not a reproduction. It was professionally removed from the bracelet and cleaned at the Tiffany store, and it will come with a brand-new Tiffany blue drawstring bag. The front reads “PLEASE RETURN TO TIFFANY & CO. NEW YORK” in the curved heart style. The engraving on these vintage heart locks was done lightly and is naturally subtle — that’s normal for this retired design. The back is stamped .925. The charm has gentle signs of age from being worn, but the lettering is intact and the silver still has a great shine. Perfect to add to a charm bracelet, or to wear on a chain as a pendant.
