2004 Fleetwood Coleman Monterey elite series popup

I am posting my camper that has been in my family since 2012. This thing is awesome and loaded, loaded, loaded! PICTURES Show how clean this unit is!! Camper is about 25' when open and about 12' when closed. Features are....and I may be leaving some out. - 2 king beds - Slide out dinette which opens the camper floor space immensely / With dining table and bunk seating - Bump out kitchenette opening floor space - Toilet inside, I believe I have a curtain that hangs inside around it for privacy. Have to look for that since I have never used it, I can recall where I put that :) - Sink in with brand new Koehler Faucet - Stove cook top / inside - Stove / grill outside that slides on and taps into propane - 3 way Refrigerator inside - Tons of storage / cabinets and drawers - Heat with thermostat - 6 gallon Hot Water heater - Ice cold roof top Air conditioning - bike rack on roof to hold 4 bikes - Huge storage cabinet in the front - 2 20 pound propane tanks - Outside Shower - full length awning - Large water storage tank with pump for off grid camping - POWER ROOF lift system and manual crank up. - also has Power Bed option for the lazy plus manual option that I use. I bought it from the original owner who barley used it...maybe twice. We have used it 1 or two times each year the first few seasons then less and less. Unfortunately, we have simply been getting away from camping. basically the camper overall and its utilities do not have a "lot" use. Condition is excellent for the year. Full disclosure / camper is super nice but there are a couple minor items that can be addressed or used as is. There is a remote control for the power lift and power beds that’s isn’t working or was working intermittently. I never looked into it since it’s not necessary. Can use other means to open. Lift still works fine with a battery- Does not impact the use of the camper. Like all campers A mouse did get in at one point chew a few holes in the bed surface (cosmetic)...
