Please read the entire listing before asking questions… Vintage late 1940’s Craftsman 109 6”x12” mini lathe (made by the AA Company in Ann Arbor, Michigan) with 1/4hp motor. The lathe has been refurbished/restored and is in beautiful condition. Comes with a 3-jaw headstock chuck, Craftsman keyless chuck on MT#0 arbor, a couple of h.s.s. bits, some tools, an adjustable link belt and a 1/4hp Emerson motor (fyi, motor has not been refurbished, but it runs great and it does have a new cord. No on/off switch has been installed). These are quite small and don’t take up much space. They are for light duty hobby use to machine plastic and soft metals like aluminum, bronze, and brass. Mild steel can be machined on these by taking light cuts. They are also capable of creating threads. Table is not included. You must mount this onto a work bench or thick board.
