I manufacture this dual band open stub J pole antenna. it's made out of 3/16" angle aluminum and 3/8" solid aluminum rod. High performance end fed dipole antenna design for both UHF and VHF. + 3dbi gain over a ground plane antenna. Handles 1000W, solid Aluminum and Stainless Steel construction, 60 inches tall five and a half inches wide. Each one hand made and tuned for a perfect match on each of the band frequencies. Brand new, handmade in Redmond WA. VSWR tuned to less than 1.5 to 1 across both ham bands.
