The best I’ve used maybe once lol it’s really nice but I just haven’t used it. You can take weight out to start with much less!! It’s so heavy. 50 pounds but when I weight myself with it it’s a little more. The bench has hardly been used too! The heavy weights are older but get the job done! And the smaller weights are missing the little tightening things to keep them secured on one set but maybe you can find on Amazon. I’ll just throw that in as a freebie mainly! Selling everything for $190 firm
