I inquired about a truck on 11/14. Manager was to return my call, yet I received no response. Then on 11/17, I send a message to the dealership about the same truck and the manager was very unprofessional and hung up before hearing what I was asking about the truck. Maybe because I'm a woman? Whatever the reason, I will not be giving them my business. I was inquiring as I am looking pay cash for a vehicle. Good luck selling the truck with your unprofessional attitude. Your staff has more class than you. 👎 Based on the reviews, the "owner" only responds to good reviews. Shows your lack of integrity and accountability.

Just wanted to leave a follow-up to my original review because the excellent service at Levant Motors didn’t stop after the sale. Angie personally called me to let me know that the plates and registration had arrived from the DMV and were ready for pickup. When I got there, she went above and beyond once again.

She told me she had found an extra key to the truck I purchased—and gave it to me at no extra charge. On top of that, she let me know there had been an overestimate on the DMV fees, and she refunded me $171 on the spot. That kind of honesty and outstanding service is rare these days, and it just reinforced that I made the right choice with Levant Motors.

Don't buy from these guys. Regret it, but now I'm stuck.
Initial experience was great, very helpful. Offered us a warranty, which turned out to be not worth it. Offered to fix a Crack windshield which we noticed before leaving the lot, thankfully.

There was a noise, had it checked out, the shocks were going out/nearly dead, still original shocks from a 2015. Won't fix unless broken. AC belt needs replaced, which they said they would do, but 40 minute drive and I'd have to leave it with them. Other things. But great initial experience.
