The sectional was purchased in 2013 and has all the normal signs of wear on parts of leather you’d expect from a quality leather after a decade. it is in overall good condition - see photo closeups for worn areas. It is located on ground floor. It can easily slide to the doorway, but you MUST have 2 strong people to move the pieces through the door to the driveway (only about 10’ in distance but it will take some lift and twist movement to get through door).
