I recently purchased a car from Ty, at auto stoppers. From the first moment I stepped on the car lot Ty helped ease my anxiety around buying a new car. The minor issues that came up regarding my financing and the car it’s self, were dealt with swiftly and left me very satisfied with my overall experience. Wasted my time stayed there for 3 hours for a test drive and a response for pre approval. They sent me home to tell me they will call me in 30 minutes. But never happened. Called a few days later, just to get the same response "wait 30 mins for us to call back". Never got the call back. Ps called a week ahead to set up an appointment originally and didnt get to see the car in person
