2005 Honda Odyssey EX-L (138k Miles)

Helping my mom sell her minivan. After a cancer diagnosis she doesn't have a need for this and prefers to use the funds for a smaller vehicle or other things. Selling as-is. Please make sure to inspect before purchase. I'm no mechanic but noticed the following after driving it yesterday: 1. Rear brakes needed. Pads are visibly worn out. Driver side making a squeal. 2. VSA and Abs lights on dash. These turned on about 2 weeks ago. 3. Engine started idling a bit rough. Van is probably due for a tune-up. 4. Noticed the AC isn't blowing cold.
