This WiFi 6 router is dual-band (2.4 and 5 GHz) with 3 Gbps speeds. It is for small to medium homes (no issues whatsoever in a 1000+ sq.ft. home). I have used this router for modern online games, such as Marvel Rivals, and for 4k streaming from a variety of streaming services. The device is easy to set up through the NETGEAR Nighthawk app. All you need is a modem to connect to it (I have a cable modem compatible with Spectrum for sale separately). Cash only, please.
