The purchase of our Lexus from Cason & Chris was great. Paperwork already finished and ready for us to sign, car was freshly cleaned and gas tank filled up. Overall experience was great they were nice people and treated us like family. No  hassle with any added on fees or expenses. Gave us a great price and stuck to it. I already had a black Lexus and my husband purchased the white one… They made our experience phenomenal and a dream come true of having his & her matching cars

My Dad had been speaking with this dealership for a week about a car. Drove 3 hours there and was told “they just sold the car in cash” 10 minutes after the opened. Now I know they did not sell that vehicle the same morning they knew he was coming- and if they did that is bad business. They bait and switched him over a vehicle to try and sell him one he did not want. I would recommended you DO NOT TRUST this dealer if you are not very local. Very poor customer service

The best place to get a vehicle !!!! Forgive me if i’m spelling any names wrong but Cason & Chris where able to get me my dream car & I will forever love them for that! The car hasn’t given me any issues i’m in love. They treated me like family & i’m glad to have them apart of my team. The sweetest people you will ever meet. I was extremely nervous going in to trade my car and honestly didn’t think I would be approved for a new one. From the time I got out of my car Doug came out and spoke with me and was very helpful in deciding what was reasonable for my family. The entire team made trading in my car such an easy process and got me into a beautiful Jeep. Chris and Kevin made the signing process seamless when I extremely anxious.
