33'10" Class A Motorhome • V8 Chevy workhouse gas engine • 2 slide outs • 1 full bath, sink, shower, toilet • 1 bedroom with queen bed • dinette turns into a small bed • sofa turns into a bed • 5,500 watt built-in generator • 2 good working AC units • furnace works great • good size fridge and freezer • TV In main room, TV in bedroom We purchased this RV back in 2017 from a private seller in CA. Our 3 daughters were small, and they've all grown BIG and this RV can't accommodate our family anymore. We are selling because we purchased another Class A Motorhome. If this Monaco had a clean title and was in good condition, the market value would be between $35-40k. It has many quirky things wrong with it like door locks that are broken and light covers and curtains missing, etc, and some non-functioning things like the leveling system, and digital dash display, and i am happy to provide a list and discuss via telephone. We bought it as a salvage vehicle. In it's earlier years, it had a fire behind the fridge and the insurance totaled it. The previous owner bought it back from the insurance company and had it repaired. Thus the salvage title. The awning was not replaced. The levelers, like I'd mentioned, have never worked, but that was pretty easy for us to just live without. The digital display is jumbled, so I can't tell you how many miles are on it, but the engine actually runs really good. The transmission is ok, but it does this thing. I'd have to explain. There's some damage on the back passenger side taillight area (it has been this way since 2018) Now, we installed a 3 seater bench seat, each with their own seat belts, because we were too nervous about what could happen if I had ever gotten in an accident. There are a lot of issues, but I'll be very honest, I will disclose all of them to you. We accepted these issues when we bought it, and still we've had SO many good adventures with it over the last 8 years. One of those adventures having hit 27 states over 9 weeks, and we had no mechanical issues. We have great memories with our girls at their young ages. We will always remember.
