S&J AUTO GROUP IS A JOKE — STRAIGHT UP SCAMMERS.
Save yourself the money, the stress, and the headache. I bought a 2014 BMW X3 from these clowns on March 20, 2025, and it damn near cost me my life. The car literally cut off in the middle of the road while I was driving — more than once. A complete death trap.

I brought it back and left it with them for OVER 3 MONTHS. They did NOTHING. No fix, no help, no responsibility. Just a whole lot of excuses and shady behavior. Then they had the audacity to tell me the problem was “out of their control” and tried to get me to sign a release so they wouldn’t be liable. Yeah, okay. Not stupid.

I called today — ready to pay what I shouldn’t even have to — and now they’re saying the same car they’ve had sitting for 3 months is “under repossession” and I magically owe another $1,000. FOR WHAT?! I haven’t even had the car because it’s been in your hands since day one.

And don’t get me started on the disrespect — getting threatened with criminal trespassing just for showing up and asking for what I paid for? Nah. You don’t treat customers like that when YOU messed up.

Bottom line: They sold me a lemon, played me, wasted my time, and now trying to finesse even more money. S&J Auto Group is shady, dishonest, and dangerous. If you value your safety, your wallet, or your sanity — stay far away.

I’m so unbelievably upset, me and my mom went to go buy my car from these people and we had begged them not to give us something broken or a Lemon . Sadly, that was not the case the car they sold me has so many issues and even son that they are directly lied to my face about to list them out.
The AC compressor is broken despite the fact that I had asked if the AC worked and he said yes, the owner .
The bumper screws were so rusted that the bumper actually fell off .
The window still doesn’t work despite the fact that they had promised that they would fix it .
The check engine light keeps coming on and says that it’s an ignition coil needs to be replaced .
He sold the car to me with a large bubble on the tire whenever I took it to go get fixed the guy said that the tire was definitely going to explode.
He said he would give me a spare tire, but he did not.
The car was obviously in a wreck and he said nothing about it.
This is so unbelievably cruel to do to somebody for no reason at all besides just to get money. I honestly don’t even want the thing and I don’t know how anybody could smile in your face while selling you something like this.
Something that he said to us was that he would never sell a broken car to anybody because his customer see him face-to-face every day .

We purchased  a 2014 Mercedes from Jerry Pablo and Justin not even 30 days ago.  We have given a total of $2,430.00 the deal was $2,500 I was one day late on the $70 and he came and picked the car. With out any notification or even trying to tell me he was in the way to repo this car!!!!we just got.

When I called they stalled for three days before they said I’m not getting the money to the car back,  he had absolutely no empathy or respect to even try and help us he simply said I own the finance company and I decided to keep the car I was in shock.

My husband warned me when we got there but I trusted Jerry, in the beginning he was really nice then completely turned into that car salesman from the movie Matilda.

I wonder how many families he does this too to make his money and how many down payments he collects takes car back then does again! He could’ve let us pay n  keep the car we gave him $2,400 dollars for nothing and we needed the money he scammed us loud and clear I will contact everyone I can to show documentation on how he lied going back and forth saying I don’t know ask the finance company finally he said I AM THE FINANCE COMPANY!!!

Little does he know last year my mom and died  in a horrible car accident last year and how bad he affected my situation with the money he took from our family for him to keep. I pray God sees what he does and the way he kept our money just because he felt like it. I have contacted KSAT Facebook and all the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles there are ways to report him,  if you’ve ever been scammed by S n J please contact someone! You know what sir keep the money keep your car if you have to make a living of ripping honest families off for their hard earned money that’s a guilt and karma you will deal with at a later time.  This is not a real car dealership it’s a scheme!  Now I have no ride for work or to take my kids to school

We had the car for 20 days.   God sees everything and he should not done this to us!

Jerry and dealer are crooks. I bought a car and nothing but false promises. I'm currently seeking legal actions on this place. In my contract it states they would repair wheel noise. Car has loud noise when driving high speed. I had to purchase a battery for my fob they said they would do. When I test drove my car had an engine cover and once I got home it's now missing. My windshield wiper fluid tank is broken and dumps right out the bottom. I was told they would remove the check head light system off the dash that is still on. Luckily I have text and contract proof of all this. I was told well you bought a used car from Jerry. That is not a professional thing to say when someone is purchasing a 12k car

Soooo in love with my truck, I couldn’t be any happier. I’ve had her for over a month and everything has been so smooth. Jerry has always been great to work with. Professional Fast and easy. Definitely go to Jerry if you need a vehicle. 🛻
