We recently had a baby and we needed to upgrade to a family car quickly. Toyota Sienna’s are hard to find so we were so excited to find a used one close by at a local dealership that we could afford.

They said it wouldn’t last long because this car is so popular. They said it was in great condition and had no problems. We made the mistake of trusting them.

A few days later the breaks were having problems and we took the car to get it inspected. They found leaks, cracks, and many other mechanical failures. The repair costs were estimated over $20,000, which is more than we paid for the vehicle.

When we called them, we were told, “it doesn’t matter what we told you verbally, it only matters what you signed!”

DON’T sign anything!

Not a decent company!

RUN!!!! THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS! THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS GOOD, THE CAR WORKS FINE, THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS. DON’T SIGN ANYTHING!!!

I TOOK THE CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME IT WORKED DECENTLY. FIRST THE BRAKES. I WENT FOR AN INSPECTION. THERE WERE LEAKS, LOTS OF MECHANICAL ISSUES. CAR COST AROUND $15k. REPAIRS ESTIMATED AT OVER $20k.

IF YOU THINK BECAUSE THEY ARE A DEALERSHIP YOU CAN TRUST THEM, YOU ARE WRONG.

SCAMMER ALERT.

WHEN I CONTACTED THEM AFTER, COLD AS ICE. MO SAID, “That won’t hold up in a court of law. It doesn’t matter what we said, it only matters what you signed!”

YES, HE MAY BE RIGHT, BUT THIS COMPANY HAS NO DECENCY. TRULY THEY LIVE UP TO THE STEREOTYPE OF THE USED CAR SALESMAN!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AND IF YOU DO, GET AN INSPECTION FIRST FROM SOMEONE NOT RECOMMENDED BY THEM. IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY TO GET AN INSPECTION FROM THEM BECAUSE IT WILL PROBABLY LEAD TO YOU GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWAY!
