this is crazy. bad rating says a lot about this dealer. my interaction: dealer asked for a deposit to find a car. i asked to sign a contract so i wouldn't waste money. got a refusal from the dealer. then asked the dealer to disclose all payments for the car. they said it was a trade secret. lol. just don't care about california laws. you shouldn't contact them.
