Leather chesterfield sofa, 3 seater, fits well in small spaces. It needs some cosmetic damage, a small tear, and the strip on one cushion is worn. Its very well made/strudy, possibily antique. The cushions are still firm and no rips on the leather or seems. Asking $150, make an offer. These sell for $1000’s used, so if you’re into flipping, a little tcl could net a huge profit.
