In excellent condition, no box, working great. My friend bought for me as a gift but my baby doesn't drink formula so we haven't used it. These formula dispensers are definitely worth every penny. They can adjust the amount of formula dispensed from 2 oz to 10 oz with the push of a button. They also have a few different temperature and formula ratio settings depending on which formula you use to repeatedly make a perfect bottle for your little one.
