Made a deal, paid the money, added the trade and still got the shorted on the deal we shook on.  Asked to fix an outlet that was literally missing in the back of the truck (wires sticking out) and wanted some rims off a different truck with new tires mounted and balanced. Agreed to it and shook. Sales rep said they would mail out the outlet for me to install and they never have. Tires were never mounted and balanced by the shop they sent the truck too. Nick, one of their employees, met us at the auto shop and said I would be refunded my half for mounting and balancing which was $100+5%. To date Ive only recieved half. When I asked she made up some recalculation about how the down payment was magically $50.00 more (they added $400.00 in vehicle shipping when I picked the car up in person, I told them they could leave the $400 if we worked out a deal on the rims and tires. I even added a paid off vehicle and cash). Called and messaged about the part they said they’d mail out for the outlet and what was once a “we will have it mailed to you” has turned into silence. The truck they sold me has had its own slew of major issues but I accept that it’s a used vehicle and sometimes they cost thousands to fix, what’s unacceptable is making promises and lying. Make sure everything is done in writing as a handshake and their word means nothing at this dealership.

She took the time to ask us if we don't understood everything not just rush us to get into anything. She took the time to listen to my husband and find exactly what he needed. ⚠️ WARNING: SCAM DEALERSHIP – BEWARE ⚠️
This dealership is running a complete scam. They clear out all the error codes on the vehicles before you buy, and once you sign the papers and leave the lot, the warning lights start coming back on. When you reach out for help, they promise to fix the issue but only give you the runaround.
Two different mechanics have verified the same problem, yet the dealership keeps trying to take shortcuts instead of making proper repairs. I’ve lost valuable time and money because of their dishonesty.
Do NOT buy a car from this place. They knowingly sell vehicles with hidden issues and refuse to take accountability.
If you’ve already purchased from them, file a formal complaint with your state’s Attorney General, your state consumer protection agency, and your Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) division that handles complaints against dealers.
These scammers need to be investigated and stopped. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle here a few days ago. They offered to let me take multiple vehicles for a test drive and even helped me make sure the vehicle was good to go so that I wasn’t worried as I drove it off the lot. They also gave a good deal for the truck I bought and a fair deal for my trade in. They aren’t just giving vehicles away obviously but they are very transparent with the pricing and buying process. They provide a free Carfax for each vehicle which doesn’t seem like much but supplies perspective buyers with lots of good info. Lastly, the staff members (mainly spoke with Louise, Kyle, and Frankie) here were very friendly and helpful.
