2008 Keystone Challenger 5th Wheel

32’ foot challenger Fifth 5th wheel double slide out, it hasn’t been registered since 2016 and the fees are about 529 needs some TLC but the roof is in good condition, could use new caulking around the vents and ac unit but roof is solid. Needs battery to work the slide outs, I am selling this for my friend who has moved to Iowa and doesn’t see himself coming back so he wants to get it to someone who can use it. It has been sitting in storage for 4 - 5 years now , everything was working when it was parked, they traveled the country in it for a year in a half and they said it never gave them a problem so it should all be good still. The Inside is in good condition, carpets and interior could use a good detailing and replace the mattress of course. I don’t see any trace of leaks on the walls or floors or the ceilings upon inspection. The wood work and cabinets seem to be in nice condition. It Needs tires the passenger side tires are cracked but holding air and it needs a roof vent replaced in the bathroom. Back wall needs to be caulked up on the roof. It will need the batteries recharged or replaced. It will need a new front door lock and handle assembly and repair the door near handle, they are 60 at RV stores with new lock and key. It will need a new canopy as seen in pics, needs a new rear tail light cover seen in pics left rear, owner has a bill of sale ready and owner has requested a duplicate title from the dmv.
