I had a fantastic experience buying my new car here. My salesperson, Junior Alvarez, was friendly, knowledgeable, and completely zero-pressure. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to upsell me. The finance team was quick, clear about the numbers, and there were no last-minute pricing surprises. Highly recommend this dealership if you want a smooth, honest process.

I had an amazing experience at Baha Auto! From Abu Baha to Ibrahim, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Ibrahim introduced me to Sam, and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson.
Sam took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect Ford Explorer. This was my very first vehicle purchase in my own name, which made it a very special moment for me. Sam made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and exciting.
To make the experience even more memorable, I also won a cruise with the owners help Abu Baha! It was such an unexpected and exciting bonus that made my visit even more special.
I am so happy with my Ford Explorer and grateful for the outstanding service I received. Thank you to the entire team at Baha Auto for making this experience such a positive and memorable one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and excellent customer service!
Thank you

UPDATE: i was LIED about second key, they told me as soon as my trade in is paid off by the bank THEY will call me to come get the key. Now its been over 3 months manager is NOT taking my calls, they keep saying he’s not there, YESTERDAY i was pretty much told by some girl in a rude way pretty much to piss of “we don’t have your key”. They want to sell to you they’ll ACT like they are your best friend, after they that, ignore like they owe you bunch of money! From recommended i will say DO NOT BUY HERE or you might get scammed!

Great experience, Ray Stephanie and everyone else were amazing with answering all my questions and helping me with everything. Definitely recommend this place and will come back in the future! Love the car.

Sam was very helpful. He helped us secure a 2021 Mercedes Benz with a great deal during the sale time. Will most definitely be back!

Jr and Ahmed have given me one of the best experiences compared to any car purchase I’ve had in the past. They worked with me and gave me several options and even worked with different banks to make sure I get what’s within my budget. They helped me understand everything and made sure I made the best decision for me. Many dealerships they just want you to come in and get you for what they can and have you drive off the lot. Here I felt they genuinely cared and didn’t put me in a situation I would be uncomfortable or feel stuck in. I know I will not regret this purchase and I am so happy! Thank you guys!
