Each pack contains ALL POKEMON, no trainers or energy. Mystery packs have been carefully assorted by hand to ensure there are NO DUPLICATES. Each pack has one guaranteed hit as mentioned above (you can reference the listing photo to view all the available hit cards). This will be my first edition of these packs and there will be 50 of them total.
