Avoid at all costs!! Drove from Sacramento, rep “Sunny” collected our credit application, Drivers License, and Insurance, quoted a certain monthly payment, payment increased $300 a month when we arrived. Stuffed over $8000 of products in the back end.

Manager “Albert” got involved. I repeated to ask if they would not sell me the car unless I bought the listed products. His response was, “thats not what I’m saying” as he continued to refuse selling us the car without the products, and that they’re “preinstalled”. These are old school dealership tactics, they’re so many places to buy from that operate with transparency and integrity. Get with the times!

They will bait you over the phone and completely change the deal when you get there. DO NOT BUY!

- Update, I ended up getting the same car with a deal that was fair on both sides, no preinstalled cheap products and a tire & wheel coverage that I chose. Good dealerships are out there!

Online pricing is misleading and dishonest. We attempted to purchase a vehicle based on this dealer’s own advertised price. After getting all the way to the end of the sales process (after pulling credit), they added $4,275 in “accessories” that were not included in the online price and refused to remove them, even though the listing never disclosed these charges.

They also refused to sell the vehicle at the price they themselves advertised. When questioned, we were told the classic line: “We can’t remove the accessories, they’re already installed.” If that were true, these items should have been listed in the advertised price, not tacked on at the end as a surprise add-on.

This is an old-school, unethical sales tactic, and consumers deserve better. I will be filing a complaint with Weights & Measures for deceptive pricing practices.

Avoid this dealership unless you want unexpected charges added after the fact. Read other reviews below, stating the exact same situation more than once! READ EVERYTHING WHEN MAKING YOUR DEAL, they will try to take advantage if you're not paying attention.
