Excellent condition. Was always covered. No stains. One small spot where the outer upholstery scraped but didn’t tear (see pic). Apparently it’s cat scratch resistant because they never tried. Perfect for two people but fits three comfortably. Can be disassembled into 3 parts (base frame and 2 backs) So you can transport in multiple trips if needed.
