Yesterday I went to meet Maria and she showed me 2 cars that I called on. No pressure she was so polite and answered all my questions. I would have gladly bought the cars I called on but I am too tall for the Tesla model s she showed me. She even waited for me to get there after they normally close for the day. This was a very pleasant experience. Also I want to mention. They have no hidden dealer cost fees like most sneaky dealers in South Florida. I recommend that you give them a chance to show you one of their clean cars.

Great experience! Earlier this month (September 2025), I helped my son shop for a used car. We found and bought a great car at a great price from Gil and Maria at N-X-CESS. Dealing with Gil and Maria was a pleasure. Dealing with some other dealerships, not so good. I would find a candidate car online and request a written (email or text) out-the-door price. I did this with a few dealerships. Gil and Maria (N-X-CESS) were the only dealership that answered me in writing (Maria texted it to me). Other dealerships either ignored my request completely, or called me constantly leaving messages telling me they wanted to "discuss numbers". One time I made the mistake of answering the phone while I was driving (because I was expecting a call from someone else). I told them to text or email me the numbers and that I was driving and couldn't talk right now. Of course, they never texted or emailed me the numbers, but they kept calling and leaving messages saying "we want to discuss your numbers". Long story made short. Gil and Maria are so much better. Patient, no pressure, and they give straight answers to your questions. I liked the experience so much that less than a week ago (mid September 2025) I went back to N-X-CESS again and bought myself a used car. Thank you Gil and Maria.

5 stars? Yes absolutely! The inventory for used cars here are unbelievable not only are they awesome selections need i add whoever select these  cars care about what your buying. This person has to have a great sense of what they’re looking at when selling to us. Not pushy fast talkers and they work with you!

Amazing customer help with a car purchase. So many beautiful and reliable car varieties. EDIT: they sold him a lemon and we can’t do anything about it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello, I purchased a car from this dealership about a month ago—my very first dream car, a Mustang. During my first visit, I was immediately drawn to the car. I asked several questions, and I was assured that the only issue was the non-functional sunroof. They told me that everything else was in perfect working condition and that there were no other problems.

Convinced by their assurances and the car itself, I decided to buy it. However, after the purchase, I discovered numerous issues, including: a missing or non-functional airbag for the left passenger, multiple electronic malfunctions, display problems, a sunroof that opens but with a completely damaged mechanism, a convertible top full of holes, extremely soft brakes, a faulty fuel gauge, and an engine making an abnormal noise—just to name a few.

On top of that, I have already spent around $1,500 on repairs, including fixing the engine mounts, front headlights, and many other issues. This entire experience has been exhausting.

As a young buyer, I wanted to trust them and was excited to purchase my first car. The staff seemed friendly, but now I find myself completely stuck, having lost all my money. I do not recommend this dealership and am extremely disappointed to have been misled so easily.
