Vintage Bahneira Custom Surfboard – Possible Lisa Andersen Rider Board – 5’10/5’11 Thruster

For sale is a vintage Bahneira Custom Surfboard with glass-on thruster fins, measuring about 5’10”–5’11”. I purchased this board a couple of years ago from Russell’s Surf Shop in Newport Beach. At the time, I was told it may have been a Lisa Andersen rider board (4× World Champion and one of the most iconic women in surf history). While I can’t confirm the provenance, the board does have a faint pencil signature on the stringer that could be hers. Features: • Bahneira Custom Surfboards (California hand-shaped) • Glass-on thruster setup (classic 90s/early 2000s style) • Laminates: Peak Wetsuits, Mad Wax, ESCO Tropicwear • Dimensions: approx. 5’10”–5’11” • Sympl leash + traction pad included Condition: • Vintage surfboard with natural aging: yellowing, deck pressure dents, and cosmetic marks • Appears watertight with no major open dings • Faint signature on stringer Value: • As a surfboard: retro thruster with plenty of character. • As a collectible: could be significant if provenance to Lisa Andersen is confirmed.
