This bolt-on set attaches to the upper 2 x 3-inch crossmemeber of your power rack with the included hardware. The shackles, paired with carabiners, allow you to hook into a variety of grip strength accessories including, rings, pull-up blocks, grip cylinders, spheres, and more.
