First time buying a used car. James made the process for me super easy and was very friendly and helpful! James helped me with the purchase of a 2014 CLA45 AMG. James was great and was very helpful at answering all of my questions and assisting me throughout this process. I do have a few issues that I would like to address so future buyers who are purchasing online such as myself can be aware of items that may be potentially missed. The first issue I have is that there was damage to the car not visible in the photos, whether this is intentional or not is up to speculation. I will say other dealerships I have worked with in the past have provided very detailed documentation, images or graphic user interfaces indicating exactly where all damage exists on the vehicle. From the images provided this car looked absolutely perfect with no damage whatsoever. As you can see from my pictures while there isn't any major damage there is still damage that went unnoticed or was not reported. The SOS overhead control panel is falling out of the ceiling, the rear bumper appears to have been lightly rear ended, the front of the car appears to have been bumped, cracking the grille and damaging the emblem. The rear passenger quarter panel appears to have been keyed as well. The first damage I noticed was a defective driver mirror motor which is inoperable, I was compensated $100 for this which was appreciated although the amount provided does not even cover the labor to replace this part. All in all I would say if you're looking to purchase here in person seems to be a great experience from what I've read and I could've avoided all of my issues all together by inspecting this myself. Online purchases are lacking at this time and documentation of the vehicle as well as signing of documents is far from the best that I have seen.

Everything was over the phone James was very helpful and attentive every step of the way considering the entire transaction took place over phones and email I was happy that the car was what they and Carfax claimed it was when it was delivered (at their expense) and was as clean as a brand new car despite it being a 2012 model. all in all a great experience and would recommend.
