I had such a great experience at Auto Car Zone that I ended up buying two vehicles!!

I went in looking for a work van, and right away loved their no-pressure approach. After a test drive, I wanted to secure the van but needed to arrange financing through my bank, so I put down a deposit and asked them to hold it until the next day.

When I came back to pick up the van, the purchase was incredibly efficient - less than an hour from start to finish, which is unheard of in my car-buying experience. While finalizing the paperwork for the work van, I spotted a super clean Audi Q3 in their showroom and ended up purchasing it for myself!

Both transactions were straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. Alex and Mike were fast, professional and efficient with all the paperwork.

Alex and his team were very helpful, from the first email to the actual purchase of the car, great experience!
My battery died on the way home, and he sent me a check to replace. Luckily it ended up just being  a loose connector, so we didn’t have to use the check, but I’m grateful to him for the quick and helpful resolution.

I wasn’t quick enough for a car they had, but this was a really relaxed and easygoing dealership. Their cars overall seem to be in good condition. They’re willing to fix things with a car before selling, if it needs work done.

I will say, however, they don’t allow you to plug in your own OBD II scanner to read the computer codes. HUGE red flag.
