Spent 10,000 on a truck that I cannot drive due to excessive frame rust. Brought the truck to a chevrolet dealership and they said it is unsafe to drive and to park the truck and it could break in half at any minute. After repeated attempts to contact Best Royal Cars they finally got back with me after 2 weeks and will not do anything about the situation. I now have a 10,000 dollar vehicle that I cannot use whatsoever.

These pictures were takes was about 4 months after the purchase and this is years of rust damage.

This is absolutely ridiculous

I finally got my first car after a lot of searching. Mr. Victor at the dealership was very helpful and my sister, who helped me buy the car, loved working with him. Not pushy at all like some other salesmen, he gave us time and multiple test drives and was very patient with us. I highly recommend this dealership. Great car and affordable pricing.

I have dealt with Victor for about 20 years for car repairs, sales and purchases. Many, many repairs and multiple sales of personal cars along with purchases of cars for myself and my wife. He is honest, trustworthy and stands behind everything that he does. No pressure, he will find the right vehicle for you in your price range and work to make sure that you are fully satisfied. I have recommended him to many friends who are also very satisfied. He is my guy for cars for sure!

Do not trust this dealer. False promises and no follow through.

During my recent vehicle purchase with Best Royal Cars, I did what I any diligent buyer would do, I took the car for a test drive to my local mechanic to get inspected before purchasing. After receiving a list of reasonable items to fix, I took the list back to Best Royal to negotiate price. The salesman (Steve) was visibly angered by the fact I got the car inspected. After arguing with me about how ‘these mechanics’ kill his car deals, he begrudgingly agreed to fix some of the things on the list. One being replacing a strut that was clearly being sold defective.

For nine months now and counting , the owner, Victor, and his salesman, Steve, have refused to pick up my phone calls, and have held out with no communication to find the part cheap instead of just doing what they said they would do. They delay responses via text messages, and have yet to honor their deal because they can’t find the part at an unknown “cheaper” price than what it’s currently at on market. I’ve been given every excuse under the sun, and they have not followed through on their deal.

This is a dishonest dealer, and I would not recommend using, nor will I be back ever again.
