Description

Purchased brand new for $1200 and only selling because I’m upgrading to something bigger. Nothing structurally wrong with it but it does have a couple marks on the arm rests that I did try to quickly clean (pictured). Would definitely wash out with a better cleaning! Will give you the costco couch cover I’ve kept on it the whole time! Smoke free home but I do have a dog. Sofa separates in two sections for easy moving/assembly. I can help load but you’ll need two people to unload. Dimensions in last pic!
