I just wanted to take a few moments to share my experience buying a vehicle from Lending Group Auto for my son, who just turned 16.   When shopping for a car, it's hard to find a good car at a reasonable price.  It's even harder to find people that demonstrate integrity… after all it’s the car business.  Today I hit the jack pot and couldn’t be happier.  I found a GREAT car at a GREAT price!  And Jesse and Halim were absolutely outstanding to work with.  Their professionalism, honesty and dedication to customer service made this a 5-STAR experience for me.   No games, no B.S, and the vehicle was beautiful.  All of the cars on their lot looked very nice and well-kept.  Their show room was immaculate.  I have been car shopping for weeks and test drove many cars from other lots.  I could not believe how some of these other cars looked.  But not at Lending Group Auto.  My car was in excellent condition.  They have pride in their vehicles and care a lot about their reputation.  They also know the market well and price their cars competitively.  But it was the professionalism of Jesse and Halim that really stood out for me.  They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for their help.  I’ve only had the car for a few hours but I’m confident I purchased a great car at a great price.  I will absolutely refer everyone I know to Jesse and Kalim and I will return to Lending Group Auto when I’m in the market for another car.  Thank you guys!

Customer service I have received is the worst. If I was to run my business they way they do I’ll be out of business. 2 1/2 months I have a been trying to get my car serviced no callbacks. So I pulled up to get some answers made an appt. When I came in they acted like they didn’t know I had an appointment Leann took my information again and had me leave my car. Just for them to tell me the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and that was due to wear and tear in 2 1/2 months no ma’am and it will $439. I purchased a 2017 Lexus is200 turbo.
I’m still waiting for my callback from the GM. I’ll keep you posted. If I could give it back I would…
