Top Quality Auto showed me the most patient and understanding way to buy a car! It was a Saturday morning, and my fiancée and I were greeted by Jason, who had such a bright smile and friendly attitude. He’s charismatic, kind, and never pushy. Just super laid-back and easy to talk to. He let us test drive the car I’d been looking at, a 2015 Volvo S60, and I immediately fell in love with it.
Then we met Anthony, the financial manager, and he’s honestly a miracle worker. I don’t know how he managed to make things work with my situation, but he was patient, honest, and explained everything clearly. He answered every question I had — even the silly ones — and made sure I fully understood each step of the process. Everyone there was so kind and caring throughout the entire experience.
