Jorge and Jesus work diligently to get me into a vehicle. I love my car already and have been getting compliments every where I go. They were honest. And went to bat for me to get approved and drive away. My process took a total of 3 days before I was in a car. Thank you guys.

Bought a car and had issues day 2 of purchase. Jorge Espinoza was our salesman. He promised to fix it but just because the engine light was not on, he said the car was fine and gave it back. My vehicle would not drive over 40mph and then dropped to 20mph on busy highway.  Finally, engine light came on. He replaced a part and gave me a hard time because he said he paid out of his own pocket. Within 30 minutes of picking it up it stalled again. He stopped responding. I had car for maybe 3 weeks but was never able to drive it without issues. I need to get my money back asap. I need a vehicle for work. Don't do business here. I already made a formal complaint to bank. I see the 4 star reviews all have same last name. Doesn't sound legit but just be careful. We have pictures, texts, and videos.  I am telling you, save everything. And get everything in writing, including the 2 year warranty he claims he is giving you.

Approved automotive is truly a blessing. I’ve never had a better experience when buying a car. Everyone was extremely helpful. Made my car buying experience. The best I’ve ever had. My family will only be buying cars from approved automotive!!!!

They sold me a lemon and the bank cancelled the loan. Keep records of everything. Take pictures, keep texts and all that. It was the worst experience ive had with a dealer! The only positive was I got my money back and the loan came off my credit.
