Be very careful with these sneaky guys. They are very good at the bait-and-switch tactic.

They had advertised a car at $21,995. I called and inquired about it. When I saw the details of the car it included "Package A" for $1,195. But that package was not included in the $21,995 price nor was it in the ad for the car. The package was installed by Star Auto and was now a part of the car and it could not be removed. So the price was really $23,190 when it was advertised at $21,995. When I confronted them about this, they denied any wrongdoing. That is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, as it was impossible to buy the car for $21,995.

I found that Star Auto in Downer's Grove IL, particularly Sami and Ed, were untrustworthy. I would not recommend them.  They deceived me out of about $1,200. Star Auto is the kind of used car dealer that makes used car salesmen seem like fraudsters. Because they are.
