Handmade, bought this from an older neighborhood lady who told me she sewed the skirt for herself when she was younger. Great Halloween outfit or a cute find for vintage girls. -Skirt fits me perfectly with the petticoat/crinoline underneath and I’m a 27-28 waist, 5.8 for reference. I also included pics of the flat lay measurements. -Crinoline is larger/looser at the waist so I had to tie the elastic which worked great. Excellent condition, crinoline is off white due to aging but both pieces have been soaked, gently cleaned and air dried. Pickup only, cash or Zelle only please. (Sorry for the moving boxes in the back lol)
