1994 Fleetwood Wilderness 5th wheel, 2nd owner. Well cared for, stored indoors. Awning reskinned in 2020, slight issue with awning setup that I will go over with the buyer. Other than that, everything works as it should. Slide works perfectly, no waste tank leaks, all interior lights converted to LED, new (electric only) Whirlpool fridge/freezer in 2022. Non smokers, sleeps 3 adults comfortably. Ice cold ducted AC, upgraded home style Queen sized matress in the bedroom, toilet and shower work great, no issues with the water heater, stove top works great, two 20 lb. propane tanks. Tires/brakes/bearings done in 2021, since then 200 miles have been put on this coach. Original paint is still shiny but has a few nics which is to be expected on a 31 yr old coach, no body damage. Plenty of room for storage below, a few nics in the tile (see pics). Roof inspected/washed annually, seams touched up 2x a year. GVWR 9,000 lbs. Tows smooth down the road. We have done a lifetime of camping, time to move on. You will need a 250 or larger series truck to haul this. *Bike rack is included, truck and girlfriend are not. 😉 $3,700
