Everything about this doll is new, including ballet costume, as well as applique, lace, rhinestone, ribbon trims, shoes and shoe soles. Spring Bouquet is a study in Classic Ballet and has such gorgeous spring colors accenting the pure white of her ensemble. Hair updo has a lovely ringlet crown and side curls at sides and nape of neck. Tutu base of vivid, almost neon green velour is softened by a sheen in the fabric. Rounded neckline is tastefully trimmed in fine bodied tulle, center gathered to anarrow ruff. Appliques of dainty triad floral accents with a tiny prong set rose-hued aurora borealis rhinestone center are placed strategically, one at neckline center, the others skirting the hem of her full, white overlay skirt. A semi sheer nylon fabric with bold eyelet near the scalloped hem, the overskirt is sprinkled in little heart motifs and is backed by two tulle layers underneath. Waistline treatment is a bold scroll and floral applique with single matching rhinestone at center. The design creates a drop waist illusion, and is of the same nylon ground as her skirt.
