The nice welcome from everyone gave me good first impression about this place. Then I chooses this dealership to get my car fix. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed the day I picked up the car. I brought in the car in great condition, it’s was clean interior and exterior but when I finally walk to the car after paid. I was supper unhappy and disappointed to see my car was filled with dirt and birds poops.. the parts inside they took off and was not put back in place. I walked back in and mentioned that’s issue to the service agent.. She told me she didn’t have time to check . My car was kept in the shop for 3 weeks and I scheduled to pickup the car in 3 days . Also, I called in the morning to confirm the pick up . I was very disappointed about the services. I didn’t expected they would charge extra for shop services and delivered in such a bad condition.  In addition, very hard to get in touch with the agent during the service.
