Had an awesome buying experience at Sunset Ford in Sumner. Things were great from a down to earth, no pressure salesman (Marciano) to Ceasar who made us a good deal on our trade in, and manager Brad who didn’t let us walk away when we could get the payments where we wanted. They worked with us every step of the way to find the right vehicle and get out the door with our payments where we wanted. Austin in Finance closed out our transaction in record time to get us home for football Sunday! Everyone was friendly but not pushy which I appreciated most. I have walked out of many pushy dealerships because no one is going to make me spend $40k and I find the pushiness to be annoying. It was refreshing to feel like Marciano actually cared if we got a car we liked at a price that worked for us.

Lastly, I test drove the new vehicle with an eighth tank of gas and joked with my husband that they also didn’t fill the tank just like my trade in had the gas light on. But when I drove it away after signing papers, they filled the tank. Was the cherry on top of a great experience!

Highly recommend Sunset for a no pressure purchase and shout out to their ridiculously good lifetime power train warranty and free oil changes on many of their vehicles. They also had a great selection of both new and used. If you’re looking, look no further!

My experience with Sunset Ford was amazing. When shopping around for a new vehicle other dealerships didn’t really give me the time of day nor were they treating me as if I was there to buy a vehicle. I was pressured I was pushed and given the wrong information and when it came time to Sign papers at those other dealerships, they flip-flop numbers and we’re not true with what they were telling me. But coming to sunset Ford they were gracious they were helpful. They had a lot of information and there was zero pressure from Tommy. He was straightforward straight to the point knew I was coming was prepared for me and knew exactly what I wanted. They were able to accommodate me and treat me with respect and I really enjoyed buying this vehicle from them. This is my first new vehicle, but not my first vehicle purchase and I was blown away with their service. The whole process was quick was easy no pressure And I love my new bronco I will be recommending them to everybody. I know thank you for the time and effort you gave me.

I've been a ford guy my whole life. I've owned 10. We'll I'm done, and done with this dealership. "Lifetime power train warranty" just know you have to be exact with your service or they'll find a way out. We had all of our service on our f150 done through them and they never told us we were out of compliance until the transmission went out and they denied the warranty claim and charged me 9k for a new transmission that broke a part that is a known issue. Then few months later my mustang blew a head gasket, another known issue and they quoted 7k for a head because i hadn't replaced the coolant the warranty wont cover! They also said I really should replace the long block. Well not at thier prices.  Not another dime from me. If you chose to buy here, keep immaculate service records but don't pay thier prices for service thinking you are protecting your warranty. And lately, you'll need that warranty because these aren't the ford's they used to be.
