This cute two axle 25’ Wildwood Trailer is Capable of holding 46 gallons of fresh water. Weighing 9,600lbs it Sleeps 6, with a Full bathroom. A bath tub & shower combo with a skylight. Has two doors, a front door and a back door, a private entrance to the bedroom where you have a queen size bed that has a hidden compartment right under the bed (mattress not included). Closets and drawers on each side of the bed. Windows all around, yet still plenty of privacy. It has a lovely slide out where the dining room table is. Overhead AC in excellent working condition. Perfect if you’re going to be in the trailer during these hot summer months. Central Heating when the cold months hit. Comes complete with both electric, and propane operating hot water heater system. Stabilizing jacks at all four corners of the trailer, along with the slide out. There are NO leaks or water damage. It even comes with a few extras: A portable waste water tank, and a portable waste water pulverizing pump Vizio flat screen 32” Absolutely amazing Dometic, convection Oven/microwave combo The standard refrigerator was replaced with a beautiful red Galanz refrigerator. Works great and a personal must have As far as Needs, it needs an awning. Other than that cosmetic upgrades to your liking , if desired. But not necessary.
