Vintage yamaha portasound VSS-30 sampler keyboard

Missing battery cover though. May have replacement - ask. Description: The Engineers over at Yamaha sure didn't rest on their laurels in the 1980s. The VSS-30 was intended as a consumer-grade, non-professional keyboard with a built in Sampler but Yamaha jam-packed it with so many features, many of which sound really cool and inspiring, that it defies its class level and thanks to bands like Sigur Ros it has taken on a whole other life. For fans of Casio's SK-1 sampling keyboard you will be delighted by the VSS-30s ability to reverse, loop, fuzz out and otherwise manipulate samples.  Couple this VSS with some guitar effects or the plugins of your DAW and the fun really starts gets out of hand.
