1999 Layton 24ft Camper by Skyline, in Excellent Condition. Dry weight is around 3800lbs tows really nice, requires a 2 5/16 ball hitch. No leaks or dry rot has been stored under cover, floors are all solid. Everything works as it should all appliances and electrical is working properly. Has a really roomy floor plan and lots of storage. Roof A/C blows cold, central heating also works great, water pump, hot water heater, plumbing all in working condition. Sleeps up to 7 has queen bed, couch folds down to a bed, with a fold down bunk above it, and dinette makes into a bed. Has full kitchen with 3 burner stove with oven, double sink, microwave and 2 way refrigerator with freezer. Private bathroom with toilet and separate shower. It’s a great camper… has been in our family for a long time and has went on many adventures, we just don’t use it enough to justify keeping it. Have clean Title on hand along with all keys, message anytime thanks. 😊
