I waited to make this review after purchasing a 2019 BMW X3 from Carlos. I purchased my SUV back in April so it has been roughly 3 months. I have been searching for several months, between Facebook marketplace and dealers. My boyfriend discovered Used Car Factory LLC, and I am grateful he did. We worked with Carlos, and he was friendly and helpful and made the process go much more smoothly than I expected.
I now have a car I am not afraid to drive. And it was within my budget.

I just bought a Nissan Altima from these guys. Great shape, I've no problems with it and they threw in a fresh battery and oil change. I knew the owner was a good guy soon as I saw him. Him and his family are regulars at my restaurant and he's always kind and takes good care of my servers.

Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid used car, they offer a fairly wide price range for whatever you may be looking for.
