97 Monaco half price needs TLC will partial trade

1997 Monaco Diesel pusher I do not know the mileage but obviously need it for serious inquires, placing at w/o it now. Bought it at auction to flip. Priced low. Needs TLC. Compare at $18k. Needs an electric water pump & hot water heating element, cabinets refinished, new tile in the kitchen and the bathroom area. The old tile is already been removed so the hard part is done. It is equipped with the quietest RV generator ever made which is the Onan Marquez 6500 LP. It needs a new LP regulator. Appliances work. Needs 2 tires on steer axle & More TLC items like broke blind, shower door adjusted , Solenoid for gen slide out, more minor but important TLC. The roof air conditioners blow like they are new.
