My two cars were consigned here last year, and they were sold on January 4 and 26. But this company takes a very long time to pay. It has been one and half  months, and they still haven't paid me. The company that signed the contract is called "SELECT LUXURY IMPORTS LLC", and the employees are the same as the previous SOCAL AUCTION company. The long payment time is not a good choice for me.
Today is the 50days after the car was sold. but i still not have the check. they have my money too long. I take the picture as the memory.

SoCal SoCal SoCal auto auction is the place to go, they made car buying easy trust me you can finance the vehicle that you bid on they made it so convenient for you to drive off the lot. And the experience was amazing. They made my car experience so fun that I’m definitely have to go back just to see good energy people. People socal  auto auction is the place to go for car buying.

Thought I bought a great vehicle June of 2023. 2013 lincoln mks nice body one owner and approximately 149000 miles. A few days ago was it's very first smog. Guess there was a spacer in the catalytic converter on the o2 sensor so it failed. I then called Back and talk to a woman that took my last 6 of the vin and said I'll call service and call you back. She never did and won't answer my calls. Westlake finance sent me a email saying it's the dealership issue. I have a consumer affairs and B.A.R. report to make. I need to clear this up and research they're smog services and mechanics. If anyone has issues you can go to B.A.R. UNDER COSUMER AFFAIRS. Just a simple fix and good customer service would've cost them less... Please take a emissions mechanic with you when you buy from here.

The STAFF is GREAT! HOWEVER, the auction process is not. You can bid on a car, win the auction, but still be told “the dealer” will only let the car go for a higher price. FOR EXAMPLE, I bid $5,100 & won. But, the auctioneer came back 5 min later and said the least “the dealer” would only sell it for $6,500 (a $1400 dollar difference). Needless to say, not a great experience. What’s the point of bidding, if you don’t get your bid price?

The dealer/auction charges a 15% fee when you buy. While I don’t have a problem with this, as the business does need to make money, you should keep that in mind when you budget your purchase if you are paying cash or financing.

Overall, if I had the same experience again, I would not have purchased. I only purchased because I was in dire need of a vehicle. So, I hope this helps provide some insight on the process for anyone looking to purchase here.

Terrible place to buy a car. Make sure you read your paper work!! They tax you $1000+ just to go inside even if you don’t get a car.
Make sure you ASK for the option to pay for the cancellation warranty because a lot of their cars don’t work. If you pay for the cancellation you can return the car and get your money back.
They won’t tell you that.. they’ll just give paper to sign so  please ask questions and make sure you spend your money wisely.
There’s a lot of people here as I’m waiting on my car to be looked at with similar issues.. cars not working or just shut off.. it’s ridiculous.
