I only needed a rental car for 3 days (Friday to Monday), but because the office was closed on Memorial Day, I was forced to book and pay for 4 days just to return the car on Tuesday. When I asked the manager to adjust the reservation, he bluntly said, “It is what it is — cancel if you don’t like it.” I understand holidays, but I shouldn’t be penalized for their closure. Poor customer service and inflexible policy — I won’t be renting from them again.

Excellent customer service! We were helped almost immediately, and the entire process took 15 minutes or less. They clearly explained any extra charges upfront. Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience!
