I love my experience at betancourt auto sales. Heidi was the sales person that helped me. She has awesome customer service and is a great listener. I told her my budget and the type of car I was looking for. Also she’s patient! It took me a while to decide on a car because there were so many good options. I purchased a Hyundai which I’m very satisfied with. I definitely recommend this place. If you’re reading this is safe to go there!

I purchased a Honda Accord and I am very happy with my decision, the quality of the vehicle is exceptional and the purchasing process was very simple and fast. I really appreciate their help and I will definitely recommend this place.

I went to buy a car because the prices were low. However, when I scanned the car, several alerts showed up. I left a deposit but later decided to ask for it back because I didn’t trust the place. Getting the deposit back was a hassle. The first time I went, they told me I had to come back another day, even though I live far away. When I returned the next day, they didn’t give me cash—they issued a check instead. The check was incorrect, and I had to go back again to have it fixed.

One of the saleswomen was very helpful, but the owner was rude and didn’t want to return my money. If you’re thinking of buying here, I strongly recommend bringing an expert. Personally, I don’t trust this place, even though I didn’t end up buying anything.
