i’d like to give a huge shout out to Eric Baez and Robert Sanchez from service department.This team consistently demonstrates professionalism and empathy, effectively addressing customer concerns and going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
They quickly and accurately identified and resolved my issue which could not be identified by other places for 2 weeks as my jeep was completely disabled without giving a single code when scanned. After the repair they went above and beyond to even waterproof the connector and the module it was shorting out to ensure i would not run into same problem in the future.Their clear and concise explanations made it easy to understand. They are reasonably priced and military friendly. I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for reliable and exceptional service as their team is highly knowledgeable and skilled, providing expert solutions.

The team went above and beyond for us! Despite it being after hours, they stayed open to accommodate our long drive from another dealership. When we arrived, the car was freshly washed and ready to impress. Cooper, our salesperson, was fantastic—friendly, personable, and super helpful. After a smooth test drive, we met with Mark to kick off the paperwork, while Cooper kept our kids entertained with “Dance Moms” on Netflix (lifesaver!).

Next up was Eden in finance, who had everything prepped and ready to go, making the process a breeze. While we wrapped things up, Cooper topped off the gas tank and made sure the already spotless interior got an extra detailing touch. We’ll be returning soon for a little touch-up on one of the rims, but honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
